Our Story
Jayden Carr, a performance consultant and success coach, founded Amare Energy, LLC in 2023. Driven by the belief that with education and support, everyone can achieve, Jayden dedicated his life to promoting positivity, providing equitable opportunities for underrepresented populations, and helping others achieve and maintain self-actualization.
Our Expertise
Jayden administers consultation to clients and businesses to meet their organizational and performance desires. He specializes in organizational management, project facilitation, interpersonal relations, and conducting client research activities. As the Executive Assistant at Goeins-Williams Associates, Jayden provided administrative support and leadership for numerous organizational development and assessment projects. His professional experience spans across education, government, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.
Jayden co-developed a training curriculum on acknowledging and responding to Intersectional Stigmatization that includes train-the-trainers, interactive learning collaboratives, and assessing the common forms of mental illness/substance use disorder (MI/SUD) stigmatization through an intersectional lens. Jayden works to help health professionals learn and recognize the different variations of stigmatization in the workplace and understand how stigmatizing practices can affect individuals and impact the professional environment.
Jayden holds three coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) which was recognized in the Forbes Health Best of 2023 list as one of the Best Life Coach Certification Programs. Jayden is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Performance Coach | COR.E Performance Dynamics™ Specialist (CPDS), and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

Jayden demonstrates the knowledge and proficiency of using iPEC’s method of Core Energy Coaching™ and in core competencies outlined by the ICF, is trained to coach with a specialized focus on applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to support successful performance and is equipped to analyze and interpret the data from the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and partner with clients to discover opportunities for deeper awareness optimal growth.
Jayden received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Delaware State University. Jayden graduated from Delaware State University in three years earning Summa Cum Laude honors and was the student speaker for Delaware State University’s Spring 2021 Commencement Ceremony. Jayden served as the Student Representative on the College Level Curriculum Committee of the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. Jayden was selected to Delaware State University’s Student Chair Circle where he coordinated with campus leadership to help innovate the collegiate experience and he was elected to represent the university’s psychology program as Delaware State University’s Mr. Psychology.
Jayden is a published writer and gifted speaker. Jayden’s professional memberships include the International Coaching Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC), Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated, Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology, The National Society of Leadership and Success, and The National Technical Honor Society.
